1. Marketing Services

By entering an agreement with Optical Marketing Group LLC, the client agrees to the scope of optical marketing services outlined in their Statement of Work (SOW). Services may include local SEO, paid media management, social content, landing page support, and related reporting for optometry practices, eyewear retailers, and related optical businesses.

2. Timelines and Client Cooperation

Optical Marketing Group LLC works on agreed project timelines. Delivery depends on timely client input—such as approving ad copy, providing brand assets, granting website or ad account access, and confirming budgets. Optical Marketing Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by late client approvals or missing access.

3. Fees and Ad Spend

Agency fees described in your SOW are due according to the payment terms stated in your agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients fund their own advertising accounts (for example, Google Ads or Meta). Failure to pay invoices on time may result in a pause of active campaign management.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of applicable fees, the client typically retains ownership of finalized creative assets and data generated in their ad and analytics accounts, as specified in the SOW. Proprietary internal processes, templates, and methodologies developed by Optical Marketing Group LLC remain the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.
